Our names are Kelvin and Adrienne Bledsoe and we are happily submitting this testimonial in support of Fast Cash Properties. Specifically, Matt and Jose. My wife and I had been kicking the idea of selling our house for six months. The conversation would come up but we did nothing to make it happen. All of our children were grown and over 30 and we had three spare bedrooms we did not use or need, other than for storing more junk that we did not need.

One night in late November 2019, we had a knock on the door. It was Matt and Jose inquiring if we wanted to sell our house. I told them that my wife was not home and did not make decisions without her. We scheduled a date when my wife would be home. During the initial meeting, we discussed numbers on what we wanted for the house. We informed them that we were not doing anything at all to upgrade the house for sale and would sell it AS-IS. Matt was honest about how the process worked and that the listed value of the house is a guideline based on what needed to be repaired with the house. That night, we drew up an initial contract that I wanted to provide to my lawyer. My attorney came back and stated that the contract was fine and similar to most standard contracts.

The process was seamless. All Matt kept saying is "don't worry, I'm gonna make you and Adrienne Happy." Since we moved out of the house early, Matt was able to move things up with the title company and the buyers. We signed the paperwork on February 22nd, the buyers did a final walkthrough on February 23rd, and we had a check-in our bank for the sale of the house by 6:00 pm on the 23rd. To celebrate, Jose and Matteo met us at our new apartment and presented my wife with a basket with flowers, chocolate and a bottle of red wine. While the decision to sell our house was a good one, the decision to sell it using Fast Cash Properties, with Matteo and Jose was GENIUS!
